East Hartford is home to big companies such as Pratt and Whitney.

Aside from the employment opportunities Pratt and Whitney provides, it also contributes to the socio-economic development of the town and the State of Connecticut. Recently, P&W donated $125,000 to Goodwin College to help the college grow its certified production technician (CPT) program. (P&W donation to Goodwin College ).

Farmington Bank, Dollar General and Auto Zone are also coming to town. These are great news for the town and its residents. What is coming to East Hartford?

As of this writing, there are 175 homes for sale in East Hartford CT. Out of this 175 units, the average listing price is $149,566 with 1,389 square feet, 3 bedrooms and 1 1/2 bathrooms. The most expensive home is listed at $299,000 with 3,231 square feet, 6 bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms.

This means that the month of January fared better in terms of average list price per square footage compared to February.
